Only guest registered on the platform are allowed to stay in the property for safety and security.

CLEANING

For long stay ie one month ie two weekly cleaning is required and it’s charged £15 per cleaning.

EARLY CHECK-IN &CHECK-OUT

If the property is available or ready we will be happy to offer an hour early free complementary check-in and check-out.
However anything beyond this time if there is a request and we can accommodate it, we will charge £15 to offset the cleaning, inspection and coordination cost.

WHEN CHECKING-OUT

The building staff will have a quick walk through with you after your stay to ensure that you have not left anything of yours behind.
